Shipping Methods
We ship via Poste Italiane, TNT, or FedEx. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

• United States: €39

Shipping Times

• Italy: up to 7 business days
• Europe and America: up to 14 business days

Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses during transportation. Responsibility lies with the shipping company (Poste Italiane, TNT, or FedEx).

Taxes and Customs Duties
Taxes and customs duties are always the responsibility of the customer. In the United States, customs duties are usually around 20% of the total value of the purchased items.

 

Returns and Exchanges
Returns can be made within 14 days of package delivery.
We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to proceed is to purchase a new item and return the unwanted one.
